Welcome to Electrubit. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website electrubit.com and your purchase of the products, courses and services available on it. Please read them carefully: by using the site, you agree to be bound by them.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using the site or placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to contract, and that you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

3. Your account

Some services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity carried out through it. Please tell us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Products and prices

• All prices are shown in Jordanian dinars (JD).
• We do our best to present products, their descriptions and their prices accurately, but unintended errors can occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.
• Products are subject to stock availability, and we reserve the right to change prices or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders and payment

• Completing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only once we have accepted it and sent a confirmation.

• The payment methods we accept:

  • Cash on delivery.
  • Bank cards (Visa) through a secure payment gateway.
  • Direct bank transfer.
• When paying by bank transfer, the order is prepared once we have confirmed receipt of the amount.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud is suspected, stock has run out, or a price is wrong.

6. Shipping and delivery

• We deliver orders to the address you give us. Delivery time and cost vary with the location.
• The times quoted are estimates, not binding guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
• Delivery fees are shown clearly at checkout, before payment.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

a. Returning because you changed your mind:

• You may request a return or exchange within (48) hours of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, with its full packaging and accessories and the purchase invoice.
• Given the sensitive nature of electronic parts and components, returns cannot be accepted once that period has passed.
• The return policy does not cover products damaged through misuse or incorrect installation, or products customised or modified to order.

b. Defective products:

• If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not match its specification, you are entitled to an exchange or a refund under the Jordanian Consumer Protection Law No. (7) of 2017, and those rights are not limited by the return window above.

c. General terms:

• Courses and digital content cannot be refunded once access to them has been activated, given their nature.
• Where a return is accepted, the amount is refunded by the same method used to pay (cash, card, or bank transfer) within a reasonable period of the return being confirmed.

8. Warranty

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Any warranty is subject to the manufacturer's terms. We are not responsible for faults arising from misuse, incorrect installation, or modification of the product.

9. Training courses and digital content

• Access to courses is granted for your personal use only; it may not be shared, resold or copied.
• We reserve the right to update or amend course content to improve its quality.

10. Engineering services

• Engineering services are provided on the requirements agreed with the client; the scope of work, the cost and the timeframe are set before work begins.
• Any additional changes outside the agreed scope may carry an additional cost.

11. The virtual Lab

The virtual Lab (lab.electrubit.com) is available for educational and experimental purposes. We do our best to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for the loss of any data or projects that were not saved.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, logos, designs and training material — belongs to Electrubit or is licensed to it, and is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be used or copied without prior written permission.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, nor to attempt to break into it, damage it, or infringe the rights of others.

14. Limitation of liability

The site and its services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, the products or the services.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the Jordanian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

16. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time; an amendment takes effect as soon as it is published on this page.
