Your satisfaction matters most to us — here are the return terms, plainly:

Return window

A product may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition, in its full packaging, and with the invoice.

What returns do not cover

• Electronic parts that have been soldered or used in a circuit
• Made-to-order products (custom 3D printing, PCB engraving)
• Used batteries

Manufacturing defects

If a product reaches you faulty or with a manufacturing defect, we replace it straight away at no charge.
