3. Accounts

4. Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD).
• We make every effort to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately; however, unintentional errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.
• Products are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once we accept it and send a confirmation.

• Available payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery.
  • Bank cards (Visa) via a secure payment gateway.
  • Direct bank transfer.
• For bank transfer payments, orders are prepared after the transfer is confirmed as received.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, out-of-stock items, or pricing errors.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver orders to the address you provide. Delivery time and cost vary by location.
• Stated delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a binding guarantee; they may be affected by factors beyond our control.
• Delivery fees are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

7. Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

A. Change-of-mind returns:

• You may request a return or exchange within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the product, provided it is in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and the purchase invoice.
• Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components and parts, returns cannot be accepted after this period.
• The return policy does not cover products damaged by misuse or incorrect installation, or custom/modified products made to order.

B. Defective products:

• If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not conform to specifications, you are entitled to an exchange or refund in accordance with Jordan's Consumer Protection Law No. (7) of 2017. These rights are not limited by the return period stated above.

C. General provisions:

• Courses and digital content are non-refundable once access has been activated, due to their nature.
• When a return is accepted, the amount is refunded via the original payment method (cash, card, or bank transfer) within a reasonable period after the return is confirmed.

8. Warranty

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which is subject to the manufacturer's terms. We are not liable for failures resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, or modification of the product.

9. Courses & Digital Content

• Access to courses is granted for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or copied.
• We reserve the right to update or modify course content to improve its quality.

10. Engineering Services

• Engineering services are provided based on requirements agreed upon with the client. The scope of work, cost, and timeline are defined before work begins.
• Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

11. The Virtual Lab

The virtual lab (lab.electrubit.com) is provided for educational and experimental purposes. While we strive to keep it available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for any loss of unsaved data or projects.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, logos, designs, and training materials — is owned by or licensed to Electrubit and is protected by intellectual property laws. It may not be used or copied without prior written permission.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to breach its security, damage it, or infringe the rights of others.

14. Limitation of Liability

The website and its services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, products, or services.
